How to Prepare your Package

Once you have paid for your shipment and filled out the form, follow these simple steps to ensure your package is ready for shipment. Be sure to follow these guidelines to avoid any issues and ensure your package is safely delivered.

2 . Label the Bag

Using a Sharpie, write the following clearly on the outside of the Ziploc bag:

Missionary Name
Mission Name
Ecuador Quito North Mission
Ecuador Quito South Mission
Ecuador Quito West Mission
Ecuador Guayaquil North Mission
Ecuador Guayaquil South Mission
Ecuador Guayaquil East Mission
Ecuador Guayaquil West Mission
Bag Number
(If you're sending more than one package, label each bag, e.g., 1/2, 2/2)

3 . Check the do's and don'ts section

To avoid any issues during shipping and ensure your items arrive safely, please follow the Dos and Don'ts below. Proper packaging is key to avoiding delays or complications with your shipment.

1 . Place Your Items in the Bag

Pack your items securely inside a Ziploc bag. Make sure everything fits comfortably and is packed safely. Weigh your bag and make sure it's not over the pounds you paid for. If it is, go to checkout and pay for the extra pounds.

✅📦 Number of Bags

Label your bags clearly.

Example: “1/2 – 2/2” to indicate the total number of bags.

✅🍽️ Packaging Food

Keep food in original packaging (e.g., cereal in its box) to ensure it safety passes through customs.

✅✍️ Write Mission Information

Write the mission name and missionary’s name clearly on the outside of the bag using a Sharpie.

✅⏳ Order Ahead of Time

Package must be delivered to our location 5 days before the shipment date. There is limited space, so the sooner the better.

Reserve Shipment

🚫💵 No Prices or Labels Inside Bags

Do not place price tags or labels inside the bag, as this can create confusion during processing.

🚫📦 No Items in Boxes

Avoid placing items in boxes (e.g., shoes). Pack them securely in bags instead.

🚫🏢 No Mission Office Address

Write only the mission name, not the mission office address, to ensure proper delivery.

🚫🍷 No Glass Products

Glass items are not accepted for shipping due to risk of breakage.
